An Post goes Green with new FUSO eCanter

The iconic GPO was the chosen location for An Post to fly its Green credentials with both the launch of the FUSO eCanter, the first FUSO eCanter into the Irish Market, coinciding with them becoming the very first postal service provider in the world to attain zero carbon emission delivery status within a capital city. This follows the addition of two FUSO eCanters to their Dublin city fleet.
The FUSO eCanter brings commercial silence to the streets, being 100% emission free, it is almost silent, courtesy of a 156bhp electric motor, with a max torque of 390Nm.
The FUSO eCanter has a range in excess of 100km with a full payload, up to 4.3t chassis load capacity, as well as 30% lower maintenance costs and can reach a full charge in just 7 hours, with the option of fast charging in only one hour.
The FUSO eCanter comes equipped with ergonomic seating, 12” digital displays, a keyless push start, and button shift, resulting in hassle-free and low-cost operation.
Completely silent and emission-free, the FUSO eCanter is available in various different body types including Box body, Dropside and Tipper, making this light-duty truck ideal for urban delivery and green business needs.
